Hello friends, all four meditations are streaming now on the podcast (Spotify, Apple, Google).

I'm really proud of these collaborations -- the production of each was its own unique journey, and working with these composers was an invaluable learning experience.

If you're the type to put on a guided meditation in the evenings, give one of these a spin tonight! If you're not that type of person, give it a shot! If you went to the live show, I'd be curious how your experience listening to these compares. They're pretty different experiences!
